My stay at Hotel Casa Barlovento was a true delight! The stunning ocean views from the spacious room, especially from the superb balcony of room no. 1, were absolutely breathtaking. The sound of the waves was a soothing backdrop to our relaxing getaway. The swimming pool overlooking the ocean made for a perfect spot to unwind and soak up the sun.The friendliness of the staff created a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with a family-like feel that made our stay even more special. The Colombian breakfast was delicious and a great start to our days. Although a bit pricey for Colombian standards, the experience and views were worth it. The rooms were very clean, the bed was comfy, and the food was delicious - especially the arroz especial frutos del mar and the cordon bleu.The staff, particularly Eli and Edinson, were exceptional and went out of their way to ensure our stay was memorable. Edinson, the manager, was flexible and accommodating, adding a personal touch to our experience. The hotel's remote location didn't hinder our connectivity, thanks to decent wifi in common areas. Casa Barlovento offered a perfect blend of relaxation and luxury, with access to a private beach and a fantastic pool. The layout provided privacy, making it a great retreat for couples or friends. Though there were mentions of slow service, with a bit of planning ahead, we had no issues. Our stay was fantastic, and I would highly recommend Hotel Casa Barlovento for a memorable and rejuvenating getaway.
